The customer has 30 days to return any purchased furniture from the date of delivery or collection. All items should be unused and returned in the original shape with the price tag attached. W&S Design Furnitures will refund the the customer for the item/s in the same way paid, less applicable delivery charges.

Return to store: The customer can return purchased furniture for Free to W&S Design Furnitures workshop/store from which the furniture originated
Use Courier to return: Customer can Whatsapp or Call us on 064-487-6629 / 084 895-0090 and we will arrange a collection within 3 to 5 working days. Ensure the return furniture is packaged properly to protect the furniturw from damage during transit.

In case the customer purchased the item on his/herself and meet all the refund requirements, customer will receive a full refund, minus delivery charges (if applicable). If the customer has received the item as a gift, or if customer does not have the invoice, W&S Design Furnitures may use its discretion to allow exchange the item for another item of the same value and same brand store or for a gift card at current price, minus any current promotional discount.

Returns or exchanges on faulty or defective items will be accepted up to 6 months after purchase - provided that the item have been used for their intended purpose and they have been cared for according to any instructions that accompanied the items.
